Andrea Jane Corr, MBE Andrea Jane Corr, MBE is an Irish singer-songwriter and musician. Corr was first noticed in the year 1990, with the Celtic rock group The Corrs, alongside Caroline Sharon Jim. Andrea Corr was born in Ireland and is a singer-songwriter, musician, and actor. She is best known as the lead singer of the Celtic-folk/pop rock band The Corrs. The singer also sings with the group, and she can play multiple instruments. She began acting in the year 1991, Andrea then became an accomplished musician as well as a stage artist.
